EXPERIENCE
Vodafone –– Senior Product Designer
Contract, September 2022 - Present
• Designed a new unified interface (Single UI) for Vodafone’s digital assistant, to gradually replace all regional versions.
Played a key role in evolving TOBi from a standard chatbot into an agentic assistant, enhancing user engagement.
Created and delivered a whole new UI framework and a full library of components, covering both mobile and web, for TOBi’s new Single UI.
Expanded and evolved the design to a full suit of multiple related products (TOBi, Agentic TOBi, Super Agent, Super Search and more), ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Worked closely with the design system team to ensure all TOBi assets aligned with Vodafone’s design standards, ensuring reusability across all international markets.
